We are truly humbled each year as we review the results of our client survey. We have concluded the 2020 survey and are letting the positive results sink in. While the times are certainly strange, it was nice for us to have something “normal” take place late in the year – Agili’s Annual Client Survey.
More Clients Participated in Agili’s Survey than Ever Before
This year, 203 clients provided feedback to us, the highest participation rate since we started the survey 13 years ago. We value your feedback and appreciate the continued support!
Agili is dedicated to serving our clients. In truth, we don’t think of you simply as clients, but rather as family, friends, peers and people we truly care about. We hope that feeling is mutual. Asking how we are doing and how we can do better seems natural. We evaluate your honest feedback and determine where we need to adjust in the coming year. Because we want each client to be delighted with our relationship, we know we can always enhance your client experience. We also look for themes by asking you all the same questions at the same time each year. Finally, the timing of the survey is instrumental in our following year’s planning and goal-setting.
How Agili Uses the Survey
Consistent with previous years, there are three primary purposes for our client survey. Agili’s leadership team reviews the results in depth and address the survey results in our upcoming year’s goals and objectives. Second, we ask if you are willing to refer clients like you to us. While Agili is growing, we would like to grow with clients like you, because we truly enjoy working with you. We are grateful to know that you enjoy working with us enough to put your name behind it. Finally, we read each verbatim comment clients make when taking the survey. We want to make sure we are listening to each of you and we follow up directly where appropriate.
Evaluating Agili’s Covid Response
2020 has certainly offered more challenges than anyone imagined! We added an extra question to the survey this year so we could hear from you about how we responded and communicated during the Covid crisis. While the pandemic is not over, we hope the worst is behind us and we thank you for your feedback. We are happy to report that clients overwhelmingly approved of our efforts to proactively communicate with them during the crisis – and most prefer to continue to meet via Zoom at this time. Our job at Agili is to offer you peace of mind. Even though the times have been uncertain, we hope we provided some calm to you with the stability of your financial picture.

The survey is just one vehicle by which clients can provide feedback to us. In addition to the survey, we hope you are comfortable sharing input with us any time.
