Each year, the entire Agili team gathers for our annual company retreat. This year, the Richmond group was lucky enough to be the guests of our generous Bethlehem hosts. We gathered for team connection and brainstorming. We discussed what “client delight” means to our teams, how our individual roles impact the larger team, and how to tweak processes to improve the experience of our much-valued clients.

First, we were treated to a tour of historic (and beautiful) downtown Bethlehem, PA — followed by a fantastic dinner at Edge.

Retreat facilitator, Syd Petty, was excited for dinner at Edge, as were we all…

Next, the real work of the retreat took place at Copper House Events, a lovely autumnal setting for some serious thinking — and some fun…

Our new Agili hats and throws certainly came in handy…

After gathering to summarize our groups’ work, the Richmond team bid a fond farewell to our Bethlehem friends. It was a fantastic retreat, filled with reflection, collaboration and innovation. And we’ve already started implementing some of the great ideas that were hatched while we were together.

The Richmond team got a kick out of this pumpkin display on the way home. (We may have been seeing things, but some of us thought the design bore an uncanny resemblance to the Agili logo!)
