As a Client Services Associate, I am responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to clients — establishing accounts, initiating deposits and withdrawals, obtaining required documents, and ensuring current online access. I also help clients with cash and securities transactions. In addition, I respond to information requests from clients, attorneys, and accountants.

The highlight of my prior career was planning and executing the Benedictine Schools of Richmond annual Parater Day of Giving. It was by far the most difficult part of my job, but at the same time it was the most rewarding. We had a “fun day” at school where all the students, faculty and staff, alumni and parents came together for one day to raise money for scholarships for middle-class families to be able to afford a Catholic education. In my six years running this fundraising event we raised between $600,000 and $850,000, annually.
