As Director of Operations, I manage the internal operations of the firm in as efficient a manner as possible.  I look for ways to continuously improve our operations for the benefit of our clients, our team and the firm itself, never willing to sacrifice quality for efficiency but rather believing that both can exist in well-designed operations.  I oversee facilities, technology, systems, processes and vendors.  And I manage special projects that are strategically important for the firm.

As Chief Compliance Officer, I maintain Agili’s compliance program to keep us in good standing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a registered investment adviser.  This includes staying abreast of new rules and regulations issued by the SEC, as well as other regulatory organizations such as FINRA and the Department of Labor; continually reviewing and updating our compliance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations of our firm; and training current and new employees in the art and science of avoiding conflicts of interest with our clients and constantly putting their interests before our own.

Completing my MBA while working fulltime with two young children at home. It was incredibly challenging and amazing at the same time. I love learning, and it was so impactful to be able to take lessons immediately back to my job and improve on things I was working on.
