Create a Daily Plan for Vacation
Michael suggests that you plan and save for daily out-of-pocket expenses when on vacation (for meals, entry fees, transportation, etc.). He says vacationers should create a daily plan for the vacation, with room for spontaneity.
Use Cash rather than Credit Cards
Michael also recommends using cash as much as possible when you are on vacation — to avoid being surprised by a big credit card bill.
