Consistent Survey Results Are Not Good Enough
The Agili team is grateful every day for our clients. As you know, each year we ask for your opinion on what we have done well during the past year as well as (and perhaps more importantly) what we can improve upon. Over the past few years, our Annual Client Survey results have improved year-over-year. For that, we are proud and humbled. For 2022, while survey participation remained high and results improved, our ratings were only slightly better than the previous year. In our eyes, that is just not good enough – so we will strive to do more for you.
Three Purposes of Our Survey
As you may recall, there are three primary purposes of our Annual Client Survey. Agili’s Leadership Team assesses the survey results and, where appropriate, incorporates the feedback into our annual goals and objectives for the following year. Second, we follow up on each client comment that requires attention or action. And third, we receive the names of clients who are willing to refer future Agili clients to us. We are happy to know that you enjoy working with us enough to put your name behind it.
Agili Goals for 2023
As we enter in to our 30th year — yes, I said 30th year — of serving clients, we are taking your feedback to heart. Three areas we heard from you about and will focus on in 2023 are:
- We will better serve as your Personal CFO. What do we mean by that? While we will act in your best interest managing your investments and will actively update your financial plans, we will also focus on offering you innovative solutions in all areas of your financial life.
- We will focus on and enhance your tax planning. We feel this is an added value because providing a more comprehensive and “tax-aware” financial plan allows us to optimize your financial situation. We understand that taxes paid are dollars that cannot be invested to help you achieve your long-term goals and will advise you accordingly.
- We will increase our communication with you. We will continue with the communication you are already accustomed to – quarterly reporting, commentary, videos and newsletters. But we are going to add additional content throughout the year to keep you updated on the markets, legislation that affects you, as well as Agili news.

Please know we welcome your thoughts and feedback at any time, not only through the Annual Client Survey. We are here to serve you and are always willing to adjust and improve. During regularly scheduled meetings or calls, your financial strategist will always have time for your honest feedback.
